Dogs have so much unconditional love. They always have a smile and great attitude when they are loved. They take their time on their walks. I give them "sniff" walks where I let them sniff as much as they want. Imagine if we allowed ourselves time to take a walk every day at a leisurely pace to clear our minds? We may just have a smile to share with more people if we allowed ourselves some time outside each day!
